SCOPE: strategy + design + production + EXECUTION

RedStitch created a streamlined POP kit for Chaco based on their retail partners’ most requested items. To avoid having to warehouse extra fixture inventory, we created an online ordering app for the brand’s sales reps to put together seasonal POP orders, which were then reviewed and approved by the brand, all within the app. Seasonal orders were produced off-shore twice a year and distributed directly to the retailers.
