SCOPE: strategy + design

Rawlings has asked RedStitch several times over the years to develop blue-sky concepts for flagship stores and experiential retail.

Our concepts explored a range of store footprints, with product customization stations, dynamic merchandising, trial opportunities, and rich heritage story-telling woven throughout. 

Various off-season activities were envisioned, including hosted events, coaches clinics, and team shopping. Using the latest simulator technology and training tools, product trial areas were designed for maximum space efficiency. A mobile pop-up experience featuring virtual and augmented reality was also developed, offering fans a chance to experience the thrill of making gold glove plays.
